There is only one opponent, the incumbent. The last time he won, Pasadena earned the "distinction" of becoming the highest-priced municipal election in the country.

I am running because our democracy - even local politics - cannot be about money.

Our campaign is for Fair Rents, City $urpluses for Schools not Stadiums, and democracy with a little "d". We pledge to register 10,000 new voters in time for the election.

Please JOIN our campaign or just to follow along in January and February. We need your support, but even more we need your encouragement and your faith in little "d" democracy.

Thanks, Philip Koebel

Come Learn:

  • How the miltary uses deception to target low-income and minority youth to serve in the lowest ranks in the military.
  • How people of color are disproportionately represented among front line troops and underrepresented among officers.
  • How the military no longer gives the same educational benefits it did in the past but leads us to believe it still does.
